		<description>I understand what you mean when you say you need a treat, its difficult to go long periods without any comfort foods at all and our bodies have been conditioned to see junk food as &quot;reward&quot; and comfort foods so as a habit, it will take a long time to break.

Still keep at it, and have them as rarely as you can.</description>

		<description>I wanna just go throw up now after the burger I just ate!!..I guess will have to be more careful and portion control is inportant! very small fry is only like 200 calories but the bigger ones can put you at about 400+ so think do i really need that huge fry or will i be satisfied with a small..The burgers I eat ocasionally but just a cheese burger..(still around 300 cal) but sometimes you need a treat..say no to double burgers and if you can split it with a child or I will throw some out the window to the seagulls..that way you are not telling your self no and yet you are still pleasing your self with half the calories!</description>
