Hi,

Unfortunately, with that rate of weight loss, you are going to see loose and flabby skin. One approach that would minimize the this is to try and slow down your rate of weight loss when you are about halfway to your target weight. There are no creams or approaches I can think of that will negate it, other than slowing the loss of weight down. Hope this helps!

I have hypersensitivity pnuemonia and i'm on dexamethosone injections. I'm getting herbs done for me so I can get off the steroids. I gained 120 lbs the first year and about 80 more since. when I'm off the meds. I lose around 100 lbs in a couple of month by eating fruits and veggies. Thats always in the winter and when spring comes, everything changes for the worst. I gain it all back because i'm back on the meds. i'm seeing a nature path dr. trying to get .me off the meds. I need t lose 200 lbs to get back to normal weight. I have alot of water weight. my doctor told me about 100 - 150 access water retention. will my skin still sag if i lose that weight? I lose weight very fast, without doing exercise. I'm 445lbs. I lose 7-10 lbs a week without doing anything. Is that going to effect my skin and it being flabby?
thanks,

mo
