Here’s a recipe on how to make whey protein cookies. Most people prefer to make whey protein bars but if you want to make your own whey protein cookies then here are a few recipes that i have found online. I’ve only tried one of the methods but it is up to you to decide if any one of these methods are easier for you. Good luck!
Chocolate Whey Protein Cookie Recipe
from:bodybuilding.com
6 egg whites
7 scoops oatmeal (1 3/4 cups)
2 tsp brown “Sugar Twin” (brown Sweet ‘n’ Low)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup un-sweetened apple sauce
4 scoops chocolate (or vanilla) whey powder
2 dashes cinnamon
1 tsp virgin olive oil
1 tsp maple extract
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Pre-heat oven to 325, bake for 20 minutes, Makes 1 dozen cookies…each cookie has 14g of protein
Take a few of these with you to school along with a cup of low fat yogurt. Add a couple scoops of whey to some skim milk and wash it down. It’s a pretty easy (and tasty) way to get 50-60g of protein in a quick fix.

use cooking spray on the cookie sheet because these cookies are like glue!!!!!!!!!
Something went horribly horribly wrong. I probably should have tried a single batch before fucking this one up, instead I fucked up a double batch. I consider myself a pretty good baker and these cookies turned out looking like that old plastic vommitus you could purchase at a smoke and gift novelty shop. That was my first plain batch, i tried again with walnuts and raisins hoping that the chunks would make them less flat… not a chance, now they looked like chunky speckled vommit.
Now I have the rest of the batch in a caserole dish lined with aluminium foil. I hope to cut the rest into bars? Might as well giver a try…..

Why would you want to add the poisenous artificial sweetner. NEVER EVER consume these dangerous chemicals like Splenda, Aspartame or Sweet N Low. I speak from experience as I used to add splenda to my oatmeal and started having mental issues, insomnia where I couldn’t sleep for days and I thought I was losing my mind.
Use brown sugar instead and of course in moderations, but burn it off in a 15-20 minute cardio. Go natural and stay fit and healthy. Remember, fit and healthy doesn’t mean pumping your body with chemicals and hormones.
I made mine. But it is not crunchy
its like a rubber. how will it be crunchy?????
