When it comes to controlling my food intake, or trying to maintain a calorie restricted diet, one of the biggest issues is what to do when it comes to fast food (or junk food as we usually call it). I tend to encounter the need to eat fast food when i need to get something to eat in the kind of hurry where only fast food would do.
In that situation, there is no real choice, I need food and if i am in a hurry, then i need it fast so the only viable thing to do is to eat fast food. But this is where a little bit of knowledge will go a long way. If you do enough research, you can make some informed choices and reduce the calorie intake.
