Exercise Advice: Position yourself on the lat pulldown machine and grab the bar with an overhand grip with your hands as wide apart as possible. Next, simply pull the bar down behind your neck until it touches the back of you neck. Slowly return the weight to the start position and repeat.

Exercise Advice: Position yourself on the lat pulldown machine and grab the bar with an overhand grip with your hands as wide apart as possible. Next, simply pull the bar straight down in front of you until it is about even with the middle of your chest. Slowly return the weight to the start position and repeat.

Exercise Advice: Grab a V Bar and place it on a pullup bar so that the handles of the V Bar are hanging over the sides so that you can grip it with both hands and support your body weight. Simply pull your body up so as to try and touch you chest to the pullup bar. Return to the start position and repeat until failure.

Exercise Advice: This is the same exercise as the close grip front lat pulldowns except that you will use a V Bar instead of the regular lat pulldown bar. If you are unsure as to what a V Bar is, ask a trainer at your gym to point one out to you. Simply pull the V Bar straight down in front of you until it is about even with the middle of your chest. Slowly return the weight to the start position and repeat.

The three day chemical breakdown diet, also known as the Birmingham Hospital Diet is a diet famously known for helping you lose nine to ten pounds in three days. I have written about this diet before, but at that point I just referred to it as the three day diet. Recently I was asked what the three day chemical breakdown diet was and after a bit of searching, found that it was the same thing.
