i am really happy with the results..thankyou god

what worked for me is brisk walks and also regular cardio, essentially sweating a lot and the secret ingredient was chewing gum specially when am walking..gum is a great exercise for the jawline and after about 20 minutes you feel the workout right in your face :)
this sped up my face reduction drastically and made my jawline pretty prominent..so much that i am yet far from toning my body but my face helps me disguise it totally.</description>

		<description>I heard this from some Beautiful People gurus that if you want to firm under your chin, take your toung and curl it up to the roof of your mouth with lips closed then proceed to lean your head all the way back as to look at the ceiling, then look down.  Repeat as often as you want through out the day.</description>
