Today I’m having a look at the calories in salad. To be more specific, this is a listing of the calories of the food that goes into salad and the potential salad dressings. Usually salads are very healthy and low in calories, some of them even work as negative calorie food (food that has less calories in it than it takes for us to digest), just be careful not to overdo the dressing, sometimes these salad dressings can have more calories in a single teaspoon than everything else combined.
