When dieting and trying to lose weight, one of the most important things to know is how many calories there are in the food you are eating. Counting calories is important especially when eating out, which is why i will be adding the calories found in most popular cuisines when eating out. Right now look through the list below and note down the average numbers for the food that you are looking for. This post will be updated continuously with the calories in food you might want to bookmark this page for later reference.

please try and feature mexican, chinese and indian as the first three cuisines you can focus on.

i know the information of freely available but the calories of some of the fast food outlets like mcdonalds would be a good addition to the list.
