Here's one: The balanced meal shake - trial and error on my part built this. You can hide veggies in a shake your kid will love. Crazy but true.

1 cup milk
1 serving vanilla or chocolate protein powder (= 1 scoop of Muscle Milk whey, Jay Robb, etc.).
1 banana
1 Tbsp sugar-free pudding mix or 2 Tbsp regular pudding mix
3 oz. carrot
1 oz. raw spinach
3/4 cup ice

Blend everything but the ice until it's smooth. SMOOTH. If it's not sweet enough, throw in a packet of stevia. Then add the ice and blend again until smooth. This makes a 32-ish ounce shake that is seriously a full meal.

To balance it with more carbs, add 1/2 cup of oatmeal in the original blend.

It helps to have a big-time blender like a Vita-Mix, but
other blenders will get the job done too.

I'm all hungry now!
